This advanced aircraft represents a new era in refueling technology, with capabilities far beyond the current KC-135. The bid for the KC-46 is a significant opportunity that reflects the 134th’s ongoing commitment to our country’s security and their pivotal role in Blount County’s history.

The 134th Air Refueling Wing is not just important for its military contributions—it’s also a cornerstone of our region’s economy.
